MDC General Assembly

Mayor Ryanh Dolor, MDC Chairperson and Presiding Officer, led the general assembly meeting of the Municipal Development Council held last August 14, 2024 at HJD Coliseum. The assembly was attended by Municipal elected officials – Vice Mayor Ronald Evangelista Cruzat and Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, Municipal department heads, CSOs and NGOs, Barangay Captains and SK Chairpersons, representatives from DepEd and NGAs, and other stakeholders.

The meeting’s agenda was focused on AIP 2025 and SIP 2024 and its approval by the council as presented by Engr. Melvin Arevalo, MPDO Head and Zoning Administrator.

The municipality’s 10-Point Agenda in relevance to our LGU’s continuous good governance was also discussed.

Engr. Herman Boongaling, Municipal Engineer and head of Municipal Project Monitoring Committee (MPMC) reported on several completed infrastructure projects of the LGU.

The Local People’s Council (LPC) through its Vice President, Jonathan Diaz, reported the CSOs accomplishments. The report included some of the projects of the organizations that are aligned to the services of the LGU. LPC is composed of representatives from recognized and registered CSOs in the municipality, who may sit as members to various government councils, committees and special bodies. It is headed by its president, former Congressman Raneo E. Abu.
