Recognized by the DILG-BLGD with a FULLY COMPLIANT Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) having been substantially conformed with the requisites in compliance with the prescribed standards.

CDP is a multi-sectoral plan formulated at the city/municipality level within the term of the LGU officials. It contains programs, projects and activities (PPAs) with which the LGU promotes the general welfare of its inhabitants in its capacity as a corporate body.
