Coastal Clean-up & Clean and Green

LGU Bauan conducts Coastal Clean-up at the municipality’s coastal areas. The activity is spearheaded by MENRO Mavelle De Leon and staff, together with Vice Mayor Ronald Cruzat, SB Members Hon. Hero Dolor, Hon. Michael Endaya & Hon. Josephine Gimeno, MDRRMO Belina Montalbo and staff, Bauan PNP, volunteers from barangays including officials and functionaries, school personnel and students from OLLSB, resort owners, CSOs – Kabalikat Civicom & Bauan Medical Society and establishments like Keppel Philippines, AG&P, BIPI and Mitsubishi Power (Philippines) Inc.

Upon the directives of Mayor Ryanh Dolor is another project, “The Clean and Green in The Municipality” which starts today until tomorrow, Sept 17, where other upland and lowland barangays participating in the drive.

Coastal Clean-up is done every 3rd Saturday of September. This international event gathers people to help clean and collect garbage and litter in the communities’ beaches, rivers and waterways. Clean and Green project is also done regularly in every barangay.
