Built through the initiative of Congressman Raneo E. Abu under the administration of Mayor Ryanh M. Dolor, Vice Mayor Julian C. Casapao and Councilors : Hon. Patricia Nicole T. Abrahan, Hon. Ronald E. Cruzat, Hon. Ren Shuster M. Maramot, Hon. Josephine D. Gimeno, Hon. Jennelle Claresta Guenn S. Abante, Hon. Neil P. Valdez, Hon. Leon R. Ramos Jr., Hon. Mely D. Castillo, Hon. Margarito R. Garibay and Hon. Bernalyn A. Dalangin.

The Coliseum located at Brgy. Manghinao Proper has been inaugurated, April 13, 2022.

Under SB Res. No. 22-04-2443, the newly constructed HON. HERMINIGILDO JASA DOLOR COLISEUM was named after the late Mayor Hermie J. Dolor “as a significant tribute to the man whose life is worth emulating”.
