The project is from the implementation of “Pagbabago Livelihood Development Program” of Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region IV-A, thru the initiative of Congressman Raneo E. Abu and Dr.Reina D. Abu and in cooperation with LGU Bauan.
