Led by MDC Chairperson, Mayor Wendah Katrina Rivera-Dolor, LGU Bauan conducted the Municipal Development Council (MDC) General Assembly yesterday, July 28, 2025 at Soto Grande Hotel and Convention Center, Barangay Manghinao I.

This yearโ€™s agenda included Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) Report, Municipal Water Supply and Sanitation Master Plan for 2025-2033, Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) 2025, and Annual Investment Program for 2026 were approved by the members of the council.

One of the highlights during the meeting was the ๐’๐‡๐ˆ๐„๐‹๐ƒ Program presented by the LCE herself, Mayor Wendah. An accronym that stands for ๐‘บ๐’‰๐’†๐’๐’•๐’†๐’“, ๐‘ฏ๐’†๐’‚๐’๐’•๐’‰, ๐‘ฐ๐’๐’„๐’๐’–๐’”๐’Š๐’—๐’† ๐’†๐’…๐’–๐’„๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’, ๐‘ฌ๐’Ž๐’‘๐’๐’๐’š๐’Ž๐’†๐’๐’•, ๐‘ณ๐’Š๐’—๐’†๐’๐’Š๐’‰๐’๐’๐’…, ๐‘ซ๐’†๐’—๐’†๐’๐’๐’‘๐’Ž๐’†๐’๐’•, SHIELD is the defined plans and programs to be implemented by the present administration.

The assembly was attended by SB Members – Acting Vice Mayor Hon. Guenn Abante, Hon. Romel Basilan, Hon. Jem Garcia, Hon. Josephine Gimeno, Hon. Michael Endaya, Hon. Jelly Adel, ABC President Hon. Tony Caguete and SK President Hon. Jade Aguillera, MLGOO EnP Celio Francia, former Cong. Ray Florence Reyes, Barangay Captains, SK Presidents, CSOs, Municipal Department and Assistant Heads, DepEd, and NGAs. The MPDO headed by Engr. Melvin Arevalo was the chief implementing office for the event.
